The White Hart Hotel was taken over by Chef Chris Simon in December last year.
Following the pub being closed, Chris was determined to re open the pub with the idea of having a restaurant inside to allow guests to enjoy his food that he is so passionate about creating.
After spending the last few years as a private chef on luxury superyachts around the Caribbean and Mediterranean he decided it was time to follow his ideas of running his own business.
The White Hart boasts delicious British produce prepared in house with skill and care. Everything is made on site from breads to ice creams, sauces and desserts. Along side fine foods and plates for special occasions they also offer pub classics. Of course, all homemade.
The pub also has 4 light and generous letting rooms upstairs. The entire place is filled with treats from other local businesses including artwork, luxury spa boxes, photography and floral arrangements.
