Dexter beef is free range and grass fed, this breed yields incredibly tender and marbled steaks, at least 6 weeks dry aged it has a big beef flavor. Brushed in oak smoked butter and served with our triple cooked chips, flat field mushrooms, watercress and homemade peppercorn and bone marrow sauce.
